4. NekoExpense reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if it is determined that you have provided false or misleading information during the account creation process or engaged in any prohibited activities.

Payment Method:

1. To use NekoExpense, you are required to input your payment method. This is necessary for processing payments for any applicable fees or charges associated with the use of NekoExpense beyond the initial free trial period.

2. NekoExpense accepts various payment methods, such as credit cards or other forms of electronic payment. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and valid payment information. By providing your payment method, you authorize NekoExpense to charge the applicable fees or charges according to the chosen plan or service.

3. Your first 14 days of using NekoExpense will be free of charge. This allows you to explore and experience the features and benefits of NekoExpense without any financial commitment during the initial period. After the free trial period ends, you will be billed according to the chosen plan or service.

4. The billing cycle and payment terms will be clearly communicated to you, including the frequency of payments and any applicable taxes or additional charges. It is essential to keep your payment information up to date to avoid any interruption in service or billing discrepancies.

Data and Information Security:

1. NekoExpense is committed to the protection and security of your data and personal information. Appropriate technical and organizational measures are implemented to safeguard your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

2. You are solely responsible for the content you submit or transmit through NekoExpense. This includes receipts, expense details, and any other information or data that you upload or input into the system. It is essential to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the information you provide.

3. NekoExpense reserves the right to monitor and review the content submitted by users to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions. This may include the implementation of automated systems or manual checks to detect and prevent fraudulent or inappropriate activities. By using NekoExpense, you grant NekoExpense the right to access, store, and process your data for the purpose of providing the services and improving the platform.

4. You agree not to use NekoExpense for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
